SEPTEMBER 21, 2025 Pedal the Cause: Celebration Lunch
Description: **NOT ON MRO DAY: SUNDAY, SEPTEMBER 21, 2025**
Volunteers will help serve top local BBQ to participants and guests during our post-ride Celebration Lunch. Volunteers will assist with food service, maintain clean and organized serving areas, and ensure tables remain free of debris. This role involves active standing for extended periods and requires wearing gloves and while serving.
This is a great opportunity to engage with a wide range of guests, including many corporate team members and supporters. A volunteer t-shirt and lunch are provided.

Transportation Info: **THIS PROJECT IS NOT ON MRO DAY**
Volunteers will be required to provide transportation to project, carpooling is recommended.
Special Directions: Detailed instructions, including parking information, will be emailed to all volunteers on the Tuesday prior to the event. Volunteer parking will be located in the General Parking lot at the St. Charles Family Arena.
Special Instructions: Please wear closed-toe shoes and comfortable clothing appropriate for outdoor activity. We recommend bringing a hat and applying sunscreen. A volunteer t-shirt will be provided when you arrive, and all necessary equipment will be supplied.
Snacks and water will be available throughout your shift, and we鈥檒l have a shaded rest area for breaks. If needed, indoor air-conditioned space will also be accessible for cooling off.
