Barnes-Jewish Hospital: PT Fall Prevention
Description: This project is for 5th & 6th year Physical Therapy Students. Volunteers will be able to provide fall screenings on individuals from the community. Volunteers are encouraged they are encouraged to network with physical therapists/physical therapist assistants who work at Barnes-Jewish Hospital and other places as well as other students who might attend.

Transportation Info: Volunteers will be required to provide transportation to project; carpooling is highly recommended.
Special Directions: Students are encouraged to drive together. There may be a small fee for parking.
Special Instructions: We will need 10 in the morning and 10 students in the later a.m./early afternoon.
Professional PT dress with close-toed shoes required.
