Shani Lenore has been promoted to vice president for enrollment at Ë¿¹ÏÊÓÆµAPP, having served as associate vice president of the division for the past seven years. With strategic planning guided by her leadership, Ë¿¹ÏÊÓÆµAPPprojects overall enrollment growth of 12 to 15 percent for the 2018-2019 academic year.<\/p>\n

Since 2007, enrollment for the University has more than doubled\u2014increasing from 3,400 to 8,000 students\u2014and first-year enrollment has been record-setting for the past 12 years.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n

Building on more than 20 years of experience in higher education, Lenore has played a significant role in Maryville\u2019s enrollment surge over the past decade. Since 2007, enrollment for the University has more than doubled\u2014increasing from 3,400 to 8,000 students\u2014and first-year enrollment has been record-setting for the past 12 consecutive years. The growth represents an expansion of Maryville\u2019s geographic footprint, with students representing all 50 states and 60 countries.<\/p>\n
Maryville\u2019s outstanding enrollment growth is the result of strong leadership and advanced strategies designed to ensure student success and personalize the learning experience. The University has developed Digital World<\/a>, a program that provides a free iPad to each first-year student and allows them to tailor their education in a digitally enhanced learning eco-system. Ë¿¹ÏÊÓÆµAPPhas also expanded academic and professional programs, both on-ground and online, and developed valuable corporate and community partnerships to ensure those programs meet current market needs. The University\u2019s innovative Life Coach program helps students understand their individual learning styles and leverage their personal strengths.<\/p>\n
Prior to joining Ë¿¹ÏÊÓÆµAPPin 2006 as director of admissions, Lenore served in admissions offices at Columbia College, Southeast Missouri State and Saint Louis University. She earned a BS in justice systems at Truman State University.<\/p>\n
