With unprecedented enrollment growth projected again for the 2019-2020 academic year, Ë¿¹ÏÊÓƵAPP continues to lead the nation in enrollment expansion and student success. Overall, Maryville\u2019s student population is expected to reach 10,200, an increase of 10 percent from the start of classes last year. This is the first time enrollment will exceed 10,000 students in Maryville\u2019s 147-year history.<\/p>\n
This marks 15 years of consecutive enrollment growth for the University. Ë¿¹ÏÊÓƵAPPwas named the \u201cFourth Fastest Growing Private University\u201d by The Chronicle of Higher Education last week in its annual Almanac of Higher Education.<\/p>\n

More than 700 new, traditional students have enrolled in on-campus classes this fall, representing a record-breaking freshman class. Together with graduate students, Maryville\u2019s total population attending on campus classes is over 4,000 students. Overall, online enrollment will account for more than 6,000 students, including more than 1,400 new online students this fall. The expansion of Maryville\u2019s online degree portfolio aligns with the University\u2019s student-centered approach, which aims to meet the higher education needs of all adult learners, regardless of location, age or circumstance.<\/p>\n
Ë¿¹ÏÊÓƵAPPwill be at capacity for its students living on campus this fall with nearly 1,100 students. Ë¿¹ÏÊÓƵAPPcontinues to expand its academic and athletic facilities to match the growth of the University and completed a number capital improvement projects over the summer to expand and improve living and learning spaces.<\/p>\n
